This position runs 35 hours per week, providing consistent hours as you help students achieve communication goals, build confidence, and thrive academically.

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Valid Connecticut license to practice as an SLP-CCC
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed records, track student progress, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders
• Work efficiently across two school campuses while transitioning smoothly between sites
• Support generalization of communication skills in the classroom and collaborate with teaching staff
