What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or educational settings preferred
- Passion for working with diverse learners across K-12 age groups
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
Your Daily Impact:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to meet IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school policies
- Engage in ongoing professional development as needed
