What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
  • Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or educational settings preferred
  • Passion for working with diverse learners across K-12 age groups
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability

Your Daily Impact:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to meet IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school policies
  • Engage in ongoing professional development as needed
