Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Brockton, Massachusetts

Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. You will work Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours per day, focusing on an elementary caseload. Your expertise in Speech-Language Pathology—especially your experience with AAC devices—will be essential in developing personalized strategies and interventions, ensuring every student has the support and resources necessary to thrive.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC or active Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Relevant experience in pediatric, elementary, and/or school-based settings
• Proficiency in supporting students with AAC devices
• Teletherapy experience is valued
• Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow professionals and families
• SLPA and SLP healthcare backgrounds welcome

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students
• Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and document student progress
• Provide direct and consultative therapy sessions—onsite and/or via teletherapy platforms
• Incorporate AAC technology to support communication needs
• Coordinate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to best practice standards
