You will work Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours per day, focusing on an elementary caseload. Your expertise in Speech-Language Pathology—especially your experience with AAC devices—will be essential in developing personalized strategies and interventions, ensuring every student has the support and resources necessary to thrive.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC or active Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Relevant experience in pediatric, elementary, and/or school-based settings
- Proficiency in supporting students with AAC devices
- Teletherapy experience is valued
- Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow professionals and families
- SLPA and SLP healthcare backgrounds welcome
Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Provide direct and consultative therapy sessions—onsite and/or via teletherapy platforms
- Incorporate AAC technology to support communication needs
- Coordinate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to best practice standards
