Key Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts SLP License required
  • Experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in schools or pediatrics
  • Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or healthcare-focused SLPs
  • Previous teletherapy experience is a plus
  • Passion for supporting children's communication and language development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to assigned students at the elementary or preschool level
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring for effective student support
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and clinical standards
