Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Brockton, MA

This contract opportunity is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists who hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) and are committed to fostering student success across a diverse community.

Bilingual skills—Spanish/English—are especially valued, though candidates proficient in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese are also encouraged to apply. Monolingual clinicians are welcome as well; specific assignments and caseloads are provided following credentialing and hiring.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility)
• DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) status, endorsed or in process
• Bilingual proficiency preferred: Spanish/English or other languages listed above
• Experience supporting K-12 students in educational settings highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop individualized IEP goals and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote student achievement
• Provide therapy and consultation to a culturally diverse student population
• Maintain documentation in accordance with state and district standards

This is a full-time contract position at 32.5 hours per week, providing the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and families in a supportive educational environment.
