Step into a rewarding role supporting young learners in a full-time, in-person contract position near Brockton, MA. This opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists, whether you’re CCC-certified or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year, who are passionate about early childhood communication and assessment.

Responsibilities include starting your day at 7:50 a.m., working 35 hours per week with a consistent schedule. You’ll play a key part in evaluating 5-6 preschoolers each week using the Toni Linder Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment tool, primarily serving as the observing SLP within a dedicated team approach. Your ongoing caseload will focus on about 10 preschool students, offering intervention and support in both morning and afternoon classes to foster communication growth and school readiness.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and relevant state licensure
  • SLP-CCC or in progress toward CFY completion
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn the Toni Linder TPBA tool for assessments
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a strong plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators and families
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and play-based evaluation practices

Core Duties:

  • Observe and evaluate preschool students as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct speech/language therapy in group and individual formats
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to set goals and strategies
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and related documentation
