This full-time position offers 32.5 hours per week and welcomes both experienced SLP-CCC clinicians and Clinical Fellows—with onsite supervision available. Current openings are available for the upcoming 26/27 academic year, providing a meaningful chance to cultivate student growth while advancing your professional journey.

As part of a supportive and collaborative educational environment, SLPs will work with a diverse caseload spanning various grade levels. Monolingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and specific caseload assignments will be provided after hiring and credentialing are complete.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or pending Massachusetts SLP licensure
  • SLP-CCC credentials, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFs considered with onsite supervision provided)
  • Active or in-process DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) clearance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dedication to student development and collaborative teamwork

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver individualized speech-language therapy for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for student progress
  • Participate in student support meetings and provide guidance to families and educators
  • Engage in professional development and adapt evidence-based practices
