This full-time contract opportunity is located in the Brockton, MA area, with regular hours Monday through Friday.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license (Massachusetts)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with high school-aged client needs and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Carry and manage a full-time high school student caseload
• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Document and report progress, maintaining compliance with all relevant school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on speech and language development
