Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Broken Arrow, OK

Step into a rewarding opportunity to provide speech and language services to elementary students, serving a single school setting near Broken Arrow, OK. This full-time, contract-based role covers the 2025-2026 academic year, beginning August 14, 2025 and concluding May 22, 2026. You will work alongside a supportive part-time SLPA, delivering interventions for a caseload of approximately 50 students from Pre-K through 5th grade.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license, with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated experience or coursework in pediatric and/or elementary school settings
• Strong understanding of typical and atypical speech/language development
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other support personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in both individual and group formats
• Complete comprehensive assessments, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Develop personalized intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate closely with educators and families to support students’ communication goals
• Supervise and coordinate with the part-time SLPA to enhance delivery of services
• Maintain timely, accurate records and adhere to all district and state requirements
