Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain it
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Genuine passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and screenings of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educational teams and families
  • Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services to students individually or in small groups
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Consult with classroom staff, teachers, and parents to support integration of therapy goals in daily activities
  • Attend IEP meetings and participate in professional development or team planning as needed
