Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain it
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Genuine passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and screenings of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educational teams and families
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Consult with classroom staff, teachers, and parents to support integration of therapy goals in daily activities
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in professional development or team planning as needed
