Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in New York State
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with diverse age groups and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individual student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on student progress and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and evaluations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Educate school personnel and parents on strategies and interventions to support communication development
