What you need to bring:

- Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
- Eligibility for Wisconsin state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students according to IEPs
- Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, develop appropriate goals, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer support and training for teachers and parents regarding communication strategies
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
