Qualified candidates will bring some of the following skills or experiences:

  • Current or eligible ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or seeking Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience or strong interest in working within pediatric and school environments
  • Comfort with teletherapy as well as on-site services
  • Solid background in speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech-language assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Delivering direct therapy services to students in small groups or one-on-one formats
  • Supporting both in-person and virtual students as needs arise
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to foster student success
  • Maintaining accurate, timely records and progress reports
  • Engaging in ongoing communication with families and school staff to share strategies and progress
