Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Active state licensure required; ASHA CCC certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience in school settings and familiarity with IEP processes.
  • Comfortable working with pediatric populations, including students with diverse needs.
  • Previous teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to adapt interventions for both in-person and virtual modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and IEP goals.
  • Participate in student case conferences, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Deliver services either on-site or through teletherapy platforms, depending on school needs.
