Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible SLP licensure in New York State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates welcome
  • Recent experience in school-based, pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy speech-language pathology strongly desired
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and document progress
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation practices

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans within school or teletherapy settings
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
  • Maintain detailed, timely documentation aligned with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
