Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active state licensure required; ASHA CCC certification strongly preferred.
- Experience in school settings and familiarity with IEP processes.
- Comfortable working with pediatric populations, including students with diverse needs.
- Previous teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required.
- Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt interventions for both in-person and virtual modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and IEP goals.
- Participate in student case conferences, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Deliver services either on-site or through teletherapy platforms, depending on school needs.
