What You’ll Bring:

• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible CFY status
• New York SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Background in pediatric or school-based speech-language therapy
• Strong rapport-building with students, families, and educators
• Ability to create engaging therapy sessions tailored to individual needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Organizational skills and flexibility to manage a dynamic caseload

Your Daily Impact:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with educational staff and families on IEP development and progress
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document findings/recommendations
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, student-focused care
• Participate in school-based meetings and professional development as required
• Maintain records and progress reports in compliance with educational standards
• Offer guidance to staff and families on communication strategies and resources
