Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in pediatric or school settings highly preferred
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and prepare reports for meetings
• Partner with classroom staff and families to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team activities
• Provide ongoing therapy services per student IEPs and respond sensitively to diverse cultural backgrounds
