Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
• Experience providing therapy in school settings preferred
• Competence with pediatric caseloads, including articulation, language, fluency, and AAC
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Create individualized goals and implement therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
• Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records according to school or district policy
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
