Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in pediatric or school settings highly preferred
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate progress documentation and prepare reports for meetings
- Partner with classroom staff and families to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team activities
- Provide ongoing therapy services per student IEPs and respond sensitively to diverse cultural backgrounds
