Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
- Experience providing therapy in school settings preferred
- Competence with pediatric caseloads, including articulation, language, fluency, and AAC
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Create individualized goals and implement therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate records according to school or district policy
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
