Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
  • CCC-SLP certification or strong placement as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Key Duties:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
  • Design individualized treatment plans and implement targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for individualized educational planning
  • Provide both direct therapy and consultation services within the school environment
