Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full school year. This onsite contract position is designed for a caring and enthusiastic SLP eager to make a meaningful impact in a school setting. Your expertise will be valued as you collaborate with school staff, students, and families to help every child reach their full communication potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, but open to qualified new graduates
  • Comfortable working independently with your own dedicated therapy space
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to participate in a hybrid schedule if needed

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students at the elementary level
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to team members and parents
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support carryover of communication strategies in the classroom
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
