Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working in schools, ideally with both autism spectrum and general education populations
  • Ability to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators and families
  • Previous supervision of SLPA preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy tailored to individual needs
  • Oversee, mentor, and supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff in developing strategies for classroom success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student growth
