Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology highly preferred
- Prior experience in a school-based setting serving K-12 students
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite with a diverse student caseload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative SLP services to a K-12 population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and data for compliance and reporting
- Advocate for inclusive practices and student participation
- Adapt strategies to accommodate a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
