Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active (or in-process) Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license; resumes must be accompanied by a current CDE license or COOL documentation for consideration
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of one year of classroom-based experience in school settings
- Commitment to onsite work; teletherapy or SLPA applications cannot be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students on assigned campuses
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Conduct thorough assessments, maintain compliance documentation, and track student progress
- Provide targeted interventions and support for students with diverse communication needs
- Participate in school-based meetings, contributing expertise to student-centered planning
Assignments are available at both elementary and high school campuses, with leave-of-absence coverage and longer-term placements commencing in early August. Schedules will be finalized with administration, offering a blend of structure and flexibility.
