Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
  • CCC-SLP credential or qualifying CFY status accepted
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but motivated CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
