Exciting opportunity available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to make a difference in the lives of students for the 2026-2027 academic year! This full-time, contract role involves working within a supportive educational environment, where you will deliver crucial speech and language therapy services and help students reach their communication goals.

Desired Background and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for practice in Indiana by the assignment start date
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to facilitate student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for student support services
  • Maintain thorough records of sessions, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to keep current with best practices in school-based therapy
