Qualifications & Experience:
- Active or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- CCC-SLP or CFY welcome
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in designing and carrying out IEP-directed interventions
- Enjoy working with K–6 grade students in a supportive team setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–6
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and document improvements according to school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families
- Serve as an on-site resource for faculty regarding communication disorders and supportive strategies
