This opportunity welcomes both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY), offering mentorship for those beginning their careers. Work alongside a collaborative team, making a difference through both in-person and teletherapy services, focusing on pediatric populations.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong support provided for Clinical Fellows.
- Experience or strong interest working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms for remote services.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
- Deliver therapy services both on-site and through virtual platforms.
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and professional guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews.
- Provide education and support to staff and caregivers regarding strategies for communication development.
