Step into a dynamic full-time contract position near Bryant, AR, dedicated to supporting students' communication and language development in an educational setting. This opportunity welcomes both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY), offering mentorship for those beginning their careers. Work alongside a collaborative team, making a difference through both in-person and teletherapy services, focusing on pediatric populations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong support provided for Clinical Fellows.
  • Experience or strong interest working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms for remote services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
  • Deliver therapy services both on-site and through virtual platforms.
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and professional guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews.
  • Provide education and support to staff and caregivers regarding strategies for communication development.
