Working Tuesday through Thursday, you’ll enjoy a consistent 30-hour week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Your schedule covers four closely located schools—each just minutes apart—giving you the chance to build relationships across multiple settings without long commutes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners and fostering academic success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students across various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress
- Document sessions and maintain accurate records according to district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
