Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will work closely with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language challenges in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
Qualifications:
- SLP: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification (CCC-SLP), and state licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping students succeed.
