Key Qualifications:
- Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
- Valid SLP Educator Certificate
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Prior experience in schools and early childhood preferred
- Flexibility to work with varying caseloads and evaluation demands
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and record-keeping skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations for preschool-age students, including Child Find referrals
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct, evidence-based speech-language therapy in compliance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reporting, and confidential records
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary meetings
