Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP in West Virginia
  • ASHA CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in school-based settings or with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to students across the district
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to address a broad spectrum of communication needs
