With a manageable caseload of 40-45 students, your expertise in both English and Spanish will help bridge communication gaps and foster student growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP licensure in Texas (or eligible to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
  • Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Provide bilingual therapy sessions tailored to meet individual student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations as part of the special education team
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all district and state requirements
