Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active, state-approved Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly favored
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions to help students achieve their speech and language goals
  • Closely monitor student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records
  • Consult and collaborate with a diverse team of specialists, teachers, and school staff to ensure holistic care
  • Involve and guide families by providing resources and strategies to support therapy at home
