What we’re looking for:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Flexible and reliable approach, able to support elementary populations primarily, with some time at secondary levels (including specialized programs)
• Commitment to helping students achieve their IEP goals and maximize their learning potential

What you’ll do:

• Deliver high-quality speech, language, and communication therapy to students
• Conduct thorough assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop targeted intervention strategies
• Serve students in both elementary and secondary settings as needed
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
