Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP licensure or credential required for schools in California
- Prior experience working in school settings, particularly with preschool-aged children and special education classrooms

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to varied learning needs and support diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders for preschool and Mild Moderate SDC students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to student goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and communicate student outcomes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
