Certified Pre-School School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Buena Park, California

This position requires a Certified and Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist to provide crucial support to preschool students, the Preschool Assessment Team, and Mild Moderate 1-2 SDC. Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and current Speech-Language Pathology certification and license
• Experience in school settings, particularly working with preschool populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Background in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for mild to moderate needs
• Knowledge of IEP processes and a commitment to supporting team-based educational goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to preschool students in both individual and group settings
• Participate actively as a member of the Preschool Assessment Team, conducting and interpreting evaluations
• Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure consistent communication and goal implementation
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings and plans
• Consult with Mild Moderate 1-2 SDC staff to implement effective interventions and strategies
• Maintain compliance with educational and professional standards
