Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license; CCC required
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Ability to work onsite and engage with K-12 students
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to individualized and inclusive student care
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Evaluate students and develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and caregivers to support student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Use evidence-based strategies to maximize student success in both academic and social environments
