Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Physical Therapist
• Recent experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
• Dedicated to upholding ethical standards and ensuring confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language or physical therapy services to students on caseload
• Assess students’ needs and create evidence-based, individualized treatment goals
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote optimal outcomes
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings, offering expert input for goal setting and progress review
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for teachers and parents, fostering student success across settings
