A supportive school district in Buena Vista, VA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year, including ESY coverage. This role offers a manageable caseload and strong school-based collaboration.

Position Details:

• Full-time: 35–40 hours per week
• Start Date: July 1, 2026 (includes ESY services)
• Full school year: 2026–2027
• Caseload: ~30 students across grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Support communication development across educational settings

Qualifications:

• Virginia SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• School-based experience preferred
