Support students in making meaningful progress in a school setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, contract position running from the end of April through the conclusion of the school year. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in dynamic, student-focused environments and is passionate about facilitating effective communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but enthusiastic SLPs excited to make an impact are encouraged to apply
  • Minnesota state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Strong collaboration skills to work alongside educators, administrators, and families
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners through individualized intervention plans

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students in need of services
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services, both individually and in groups
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communication with educational teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student success
  • Utilize creative and evidence-based practices to support students’ growth in speech, language, and communication
