Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Active licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY candidates welcomed)
  • Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based speech-language services
  • Competence in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy for school-aged children
  • Ability to collaborate with educational staff, parents, and support teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
  • Provide therapy sessions individually or in groups, targeting educational success and communication growth
  • Document progress and participate in team meetings and IEP development as appropriate
  • Offer support, resources, and guidance to teachers and family members involved in the students' progress
