Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for creating inclusive and supportive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic support for each student
• Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and track student progress
• Participate in team meetings and in-service trainings as needed
• Advocate for best practices and support an engaging, positive learning environment
