Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development, documentation, and implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational programs
- Document evaluations, track student progress, and prepare detailed reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations
