Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in New York
• Prior experience with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage travel between homes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-4th grade students during in-home visits
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs (total of 7 sessions per week)
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other specialists to support holistic student progress
• Track goals and document session outcomes promptly and accurately
• Maintain compliance with state and district policies, as well as professional ethical standards
• Travel within the local Buffalo area; mileage compensation provided
