We are seeking 5 talented full-time SLPs or SLPAs, with the potential for additional placements.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP roles) or an associate/bachelor's degree for SLPAs
- Valid SLP licensure (CCC or CFY welcomed), or current SLPA license in Texas
- Experience in pediatric settings, with preference for candidates familiar with school-based services
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and willingness to engage in remote service delivery as needed
- Comfortable developing and implementing IEPs and assessing students’ communication needs
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress for each student
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support students’ learning goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute thoughtful recommendations for student supports
- Employ evidence-based therapy techniques in both in-person and teletherapy settings
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory and district guidelines
