Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with IEPs, student documentation, and therapy planning

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services in individual and small group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote students’ success
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and serve as an advocate for students’ needs
  • Facilitate professional development sessions and offer consultative support as needed
