Role Requirements:
- SLP license in Illinois (or eligibility for licensure)
- CCC-SLP credential required, though consideration will be given to strong SLP-CFY candidates
- Experience in pediatric or school settings; healthcare SLP experience valued
- Passion for supporting students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide screenings, assessments, and therapy to a diverse K-12 student population
- Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with multi-disciplinary teams including teachers, parents, and administrators
- Track and document progress, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Foster an encouraging and inclusive learning environment
