School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Burleson, Texas

This opportunity is fully on-site, based within a commutable distance to the Fort Worth area. You’ll play a crucial role in two campuses—one elementary and one high school—ensuring a diverse, engaging workload across grades K-12.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a strong asset
• Ability to travel between assigned schools with ease (itinerant role)
• Must reside within a 30-40 minute drive (with traffic) of central Fort Worth
• Case management and/or therapy experience with ages K-12
• Able to pass TEA fingerprint background check (up to 10 business days for verification)
• CFs, part-time applicants, and virtual service providers will not be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across multiple campuses
• Manage caseload including assessments, therapy, and case management as assigned
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal student outcomes
• Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with school district and state requirements
• Provide strong documentation and progress reporting for all assigned students
• Adapt and support a diverse range of linguistic and cultural needs
