Speech Language Pathologist in Burleson, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Texas SLP licensure required
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is highly regarded
• Ability to supervise SLPAs and manage cases across multiple school sites
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are preferred
• Familiarity with case management, IEP development, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Fingerprinting per state education agency requirements (credentialing may take up to 10 business days)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language assessments and evidence-based therapy for K-12 students
• Case manage one or more school campuses; collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as necessary
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation, progress reports, and IEP paperwork
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student plans
• Travel between elementary and high school campuses as assigned
