This part-time contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year, where you’ll make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a dedicated student caseload. Located in the Mansfield, TX area, this position focuses on providing essential services within an elementary school environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold active Texas SLP licensure (no Clinical Fellows for this role)
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based SLP therapies and assessments
  • Expertise in delivering both testing and direct therapy to students with service plans
  • Able to complete Texas fingerprinting requirements efficiently if not previously completed
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized speech-language assessments and direct therapy for elementary students
  • Develop and implement service plans aligned with IEP goals for assigned caseload
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and submit timely documentation as required by the school district
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute your professional insights
  • Ensure compliance with district practices and state/federal requirements
