Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Burleson, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas
• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
• Ability and willingness to supervise SLPAs on an elementary campus
• Experience with elementary caseloads of 70-80 students
• Flexibility for itinerant assignments between campuses
• Comfortable collaborating with Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Not open to solely virtual service (Voco) models

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment and therapy services to elementary students with diverse communication needs
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success and carry over of therapy goals
• Manage a manageable caseload (70-80 students per campus) while traveling to assigned elementary buildings as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Maintain accurate records for documentation and compliance
