Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience or strong interest working in school settings
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to devise and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to school-aged children
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans and documentation in compliance with school and district policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to facilitate students’ communication skills and success in the classroom
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development opportunities as required
