School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Burlington, NC

The position is based onsite with the possibility of considering virtual options in the future.

Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience working in school settings is highly valued
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Effective communicator and collaborator with school staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Adapt therapy plans and interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Advocate for students’ communication success in academic environments

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload details will be provided before start date
• Onsite presence required; virtual/remote services may be considered in the future
